If you are looking for more originality and not so much frequented trails in Nepal, is in the orbit of the Manaslu just right. During the tour you will have a beautiful view of the eight highest mountain in the world, the Manaslu. Experience a region rich in cultural, local heritage. Still relatively few hikers compared to the popular trekking regions Annapurna – and Everest are on the way here. Experience simple traditional villages, nestled in a beautiful landscape, around the Manaslu.


Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Our representative will Pick up from Tribhuvans International Airport, Kathmandu, and transfer to the hotel.In Hotel we introduce the guide and talk about the trek and arrange the stuff which you need while trekking.

Day 2Free day in Kathmandu

This day you can rest or do Shopping for trekking and if you want to do sightseeing than we can arrange you for the sightseeing in Swayambhunath Buddhist Monastery, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath Monastery and Pashupatinath. These all tour destinations are world heritage sites designed by UNESCO world heritage. You can see typical features of different locations. After finishing the tour, you have to prepare for upcoming trekking and we will introduce the guide and do short briefing.

Day 3Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat-Sotikhola.

After breakfast we will start our journey with the private jeep to soti khola about 6-8 hours is driving time.

Day 4Trek from sotikhola to Machhikhola

Today is the first day of your trek in Manaslu valley, You cross the suspension bridge and follow the trail through scrub forest and village until you arrive at your lunch place Labubesi. After lunch you follow the further place Machhikhola with collecting knowledge about the typical Nepalese local villagers passing through the Budhi Gandaki river bridges

Day 5Machhikhola to Jagat

The trek follows the meandering trail that crosses a hanging bridge and continue upwards through a forest to the small villages. The trail continues to Dovan and after 40 minutes we will arrive to lunch place and after lunch we continues to Jagat via Yaru.

Day 6Jagat to Deng.

A rocky trail to Salleri,sirdibas, Filim we walk many ascend and descend but, you will get a chance to experience the Tibetan cultural group from Today on this site and after Filim you can see the longest suspension bridge and long waterfall by seeing this and taking the picture we continue to our destination Deng

Day 7Trekking to Deng 1850m

Follow the river and jungle site you walk through a narrow trekking path to reach in Bhi-Phedi,Ghap and have lunch in Ghap and after lunch we continue our journey through the beautiful Jungle where we can see and hear different kinds of birds and after crossing the suspension bridge we walk about 300m uphill to Namrung

Day 8Namrung to Lho Gaun.

The uphill Trail provides you very rewarding views of Mt: Manaslu, green jungle and some prominent ancient Gompas with the Tibetan culture.

Day 9Lho gaun to Samagaun.

Looking towards the mind-blowing views of Manaslu and its’ surrounding Himalayan range, you will explore the area around the famous Buddhist monastery, and chortens, you enjoy a lot.

Day 10Samagaun to Samdo.

Today is your short walking day to go Samdo and you can explore that site your own or if you want you can hike to Birendra Tal and continue to our destination Samdo.

Day 11Rest day or acclimatization day.

Today you have the free time and if you are fit in your health you can go to Samdo peak and if you don’t want to go at least you have to climb about 200m uphill so you can sleep well at night your body can observe the oxygen well so for acclimatization, the rest of the time, visit Samdo village and observe the locals’ lifestyle.

Day 12 Samdo to Dharamsala

Dharmasala is the high land to sleep for everybody who wants to pass Larke-la 5,167m. It is better to take some liters of liquid and try to sleep earlier in the night. This place is comparatively cold because of its altitude. Everybody starts the trek at 4-5 am early in the morning

Day 13Dharamsala to Bhimthang via Larke-La pass.

Today is very hard day because of the challenging high pass. The pass is Not so hard nor easy It gradually climb but long, sometime if snow there, this is really challenging us. when you reach the top of Larke_La pass, then gradually descending with inspiring scenery of Annapurna range. This trek is also the connection of two river valley Budhi Gandaki and Marshyangdi. It seems long but it depends on you also.

Day 14Bhimthang to Goa.

You walk on the Jungle site and Marshangdi river site. This path is comparatively easy to walk descend on the Marshyangdi river site and this is the highlights of this trek because it was so beautiful you cannot imagine to experience this place you should visit once and enjoying this place we continue to our destination to Goa.

Day 15Goa to Dharapani and drive back to Besisahar.

Today you walk only 2-3 hours on the trekking path and drive back to Besisahar by private jeep and celebrate the last day of your trekking with your trekking teams. Another things is from Dharapani, somebody wants to trek in Round Annapurna Thorong pass, the high pass trek and famous classic trek in Nepal in Annapurna region.

Day 16Back to Kathmandu

After breakfast you back to Kathmandu takes 6-7 hours and enjoy a lot to take foreign style service. Our company Explore Trek provides you farewell dinner in the cultural restaurant and overnight at hotel.

Day 17Free Day in Kathmandu

We will have a rest day and free day in Kathmandu where you can buy souvenirs and gifts from Nepal to your friends and family. you will be carrying lots of memories with trekking and adventure activities in Nepal.
