Nar Phu Valley is the remote Place in Manang district of Nepal and is accessed only with the special permit in this area because this is restricted so to go in this place we have to make a special Permit.Nar Phu valley mainly consists of two remote areas near which consist of more than 300 permanent residents called near-ten and Phu which consist of more than 200 called Phu. This remote village is situated above the alpine forest with snow in winter seasons. These villages are settled by Tibetan and are migrating from south of Tibetan. Lots of Lamas called monk are living in mountain region they eat barley, potatoes, and other vegetables. They have lots of sheep and yak in remote areas.
Nar Phu, or ’Narpa, is a Sino-Tibetan variety spoken in the two villages of Nar and Phu, in the Valley of the Nar Khola in the Manang District of Nepal. It forms a Dialect Continuum with Manang and may be intelligible with it; however, the Nar and Phu share a secret language to confound Gyasumdo and Manang who would otherwise understand them

Today is your hard day. You will start to walk early in the morning at 4 am with a cup of tea. You can take some snacks at Thorong high camp or get some normal tea shops on the way. You walk approximately 8-10 hours to reach Muktinath with experience the great views of Annapurna massif and Dhaulagiri Himalayas. After Thorong pass 5,416 m, the Kaligandaki river valley welcomes you and if you want to join Upper Mustang the hidden Jim, that is also in this site. Muktinath is a holy pilgrimage place where several hindu pilgrimages from several countries come and worship the God Bishnu.
